A number of UI improvements and changes:
Grouped compare regions, compare scenarios and profiles separately in side bar
Put explanation text in main boxes instead of pop up help in some cases
Change colour formatting for tables
Added "Map builder" tool which allows to specify colours and change number of levels
Added p values for scatter plot
Added pop up when launching app. Perhaps to change this to position in lower corner.
