In summary, this PR contains some bug fixes and container updates.

Most notably, the multiqc custom files now all have headers. This should make multiqc less likely to fail.

Right now the error is 

docker: failed to register layer: write /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtkd-3.so.0.10.0: no space left on device.

Both workflows that test multiple sequence alignments run out of space when they download the final container for multiqc.
