Please add Yersinia enterocolitica, Y. pestis, and Y. pseudotuberculosis genomes to grandeur_ref. When I ran Grandeur on several Yersinia strains, the mash & fastani tools retrieved Serratia as the closest relative, presumably from grandeur_ref.
