Blobtools uses blast databases. Right now the README instructions are for all of nt or refseq's prokaryotic subset.
According to https://ncbiinsights.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2023/05/16/split-nucleotide-databases/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery, there is now a nt database just for prokaryotes. The readme should be updated to include information on how to download this.
Now included in https://github.com/UPHL-BioNGS/Grandeur/wiki/blobtools_ref
