I was wondering if this has anything to do with the position of the "Shape" field in the attribute table. I'm using a state-wide curated layer. The Shape field is at the end of the table whereas typically its the 2nd field. The 0 is an idex?

Tried changing the order of the fields and didn't work. I'm using a feature service
