Added inital GNN Builder models:

• Only added models for the QM9 dataset
• All models have a parallel factor of 8
• Covers GCN, GIN, PNA, and SAGE models

The script I've included generates the project and uses a hardcoded path to import my GNN Builder library, which is local to our lab server. I can remove this in the future to keep things organized.

I also fixed a lot of formatting issues pressent in the markdown files.
