Goals:
Install ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.04
Install Husky for Gazebo Simulator
Install Navigation Stack
Configure Navigation Stack implementation to use with Husky Gazebo simulator
Notes:
We want to get a minimal Nav Stack implementation going - with no prior map or localization algorithms (yet)
