Description:
Be able to perform RGB-D SLAM using RTAB Map
Goals:
[x] Connect RTAB Map using laser scan, odometry, and point cloud data
[x] Generate an occupancy grid/3D map
Acceptance Criteria:
[x] See occupancy grid building in rviz
[x] Can navigate using RTAB Map
