Description:
To enhance Odometry data accuracy, we want to add an IMU as an Odometry source.
Investigate interfacing a Phidget IMU with ROS since we recently have one available.
Goals:
[x] Set up the hardware connection for the IMU
[x] Launch appropriate nodes to publish Odometry messages from the IMU
Acceptance Criteria:
[x] Can rostopic echo the published Odometry messages from the IMU
