Description:
Need to get a USB hub to allow to connect all our sensors to our device
Need a mechanism to enable assigning ports we want to use for each device
Goals:
[x] Decide on USB hub to purchase
[x] Configuration file that enables setting ports for all devices
Acceptance Criteria:
[x] Can change which ports we use for connecting devices and still have the sensors read correctly
Notes:
We need a USB port for the following devices: (7)
ZED Stereo Cam
Hokuyo LIDAR
Phidget IMU
Motor Arduino
Encoder 1 Arduino
Encoder 2 Arduino
Garmin GPS
Assume we may need a few additional USB ports
