Description:

Simulate Phidget IMU in gazebo

Goals:

[x] IMU gazebo plugin + model
[x] IMU frame in URDF

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Simulated IMU publishes data in simulation

Notes:

Interface the simulated sensor with any packages that require it
