We are in the process of migrating to HTTPS, and relocating all our public-facing assets to a new server. Once this is finalized I'll edit the URLs above or provide working addresses to update in the database. Hopefully the transition will be done without hiccups by 20180507, but if work begins on this dataset and links aren't working let me know and I'll put a stopgap in place. EDIT: 20180723 Updated links to GDB edit for Macrostat and public source for map
