Broken link: NickServ auth plugin #43

Just saying: Link is broken - returns 404. Probably moved or closed account.

For some reason I can't remember, I have a copy of DasKaktus' "VikingBot-NickAuth-Plugin" at https://github.com/DreamPhreak/VikingBot-NickAuth-Plugin

Just in case anyone comes by looking for an alternate NickAuth plugin, I also found an alternate "VikingBot NickServ Plugin" with completely different code at https://gist.github.com/fredsted/f51bcc9c25e9ebe5c392
