Create version with https URI to media files #2

https://github.com/UltraStar-Deluxe/Play/pull/278 implements streaming of media files in UltraStar Play.

Thus, I would like to see a "streamed" version of the txt files in this repo. This would have the advantage that only the txt files would need to be downloaded as a song archive. This would be much faster. At the moment, the default song pack of USPlay is greater than 200MB.
