Build

Install Ruby. Install pandoc-crossref and pandoc-katex (make their executables available in PATH) (alternatively, if you have Cabal and Cargo installed, run rake prepare).

Then, run

bundle install
bundle exec jekyll build

Development

Use rake to serve the site locally. For a faster experience but limited features, use rake serve_i.
