Port Cozi's Hideous Helmet Fork's Berserk Counter #13

As per the suggestion on the Discord Server, Cozi's fork of Hideous Helmet had a Berserk Counter that should be able to be ported over into a separate HUD Element.

Similar to TedTweaks' Shieldcore HUD Element, this should display the berserk graphic along with the amount of zerk the player has in their system.
