Summary

I'd like to have a change-log generator set up.

Motivation

Having a change-log generator will make things easier with communicating updates to the project.

Additional context

I tried downloading https://github.com/github-changelog-generator/github-changelog-generator but ran into an issue with my version of Ruby needing to be 3.0. You beat me up this round, but I'll be back for Round 2!
