Fix verified on branch:

Version: 2021.2.0a20.2866 Revision: trunk 0bd21e314fca Built: Thu, 03 Jun 2021 18:52:14 GMT Package branch: tintbrushsmoothallgrid (b11a4d2)

Verified painting using Tint Brush Smooth is now closer to the desired mouse-click position, some offset still present but that is by design Before: After:
Verified Tint Texture Generator new scale factor field works as intended, it changes the resolution of tint texture to somewhat correct/hide the offset
