Fix verified on branch:

2022.2.0a5.891 Revision: trunk 4255a10b1502 Built: Thu, 10 Feb 2022 03:14:16 GMT Package branch: ruleoverridetilecollectionserialize (d19d23d)

Verified editing properties of the original RuleTile will not cause the custom fields/Lists in the RuleOverrideTiles to revert their overridden data
