Verified adding rules to rule tiles does not cause misorder in advanced rule override tile Before: After:
Verified removing all rules from rule tile does not cause errors in console Before: After:

Note: Issue is only repro'able with tilemap extras package in "master" branch at this time (likely due to fix in rule tile before), issue not present in trunk
