Fix verified on branch:

2022.2.4f1.112.8537 Revision: 2022.2/staging 8216e0211249 Built: Tue, 17 Jan 2023 19:21:43 GMT Package branch: randombrushtransformcolor (47fee43)

When using random brush, verified all tiles are painted without any rotations (triangles are all upright)
