Overt relativizer has no E:ref

Many of these are adverbial relativizers. At the moment I am particularly worried about "that".

[ ] EWT - tricky non-adverb ones involve copular RCs
[ ] GUM - "that": 26 where PronType=Rel looks incorrect or enhanced edges are missing; "who": 3

Missing enhanced relation from the relative clause predicate to the relativized element (typically E:nsubj, E:nsubj:pass, E:obj, or E:obl:*)

Extraction from doubly embedded predicate with overt relativizer - enhanced relation is wrong or missing
