If there is an E:xcomp, there should be some sort of :xsubj enhanced dependency to matrix argument(s). (Could be multiple due to coordination.)

Matrix E:obj or E:iobj if present and the matrix verb is not a subject control verb like "promise"
Else matrix E:*subj*

(Many of EWT's cases of object control were incorrectly treated as subject control.)

Also, it would make sense to distinguish passives: #249
