@dan-zeman has pointed out (by email) that fixed expressions are often handled inconsistently.
For English, we have the list https://universaldependencies.org/en/dep/fixed.html which clarifies structure of a lot of the tricky expressions (despite some gaps: #317). But most of the examples do not show UPOS, and it is not always clear when to apply ADP vs. SCONJ etc.
UPOS should therefore be added to the list as well as validation scripts.
