Approximators and ranges:

[x] Preposition introducing starting point in a range: "between/ADV/IN/advmod 400-500", "from/ADV/IN/advmod 3 - 5 years": should be ADP/case
[x] about + amount: 4 ADV/IN cases should be ADV/RB
