d3d11 error #9

Will have an error mentioning a rendertarget and a string of characters. The current solution is to add -force-glcore to the launch arguments. Forward rendering mod may help as well.

To make this more clear for future me, the issue presents itself as a unity crash screen on launch end has the d3d11 failed to create render texture in the logs. Launch args -high or -force-glcore should fix. If none of that works than good luck...
