Fix sphinx website

• Images from readme are missing.
• There's no menu.
• There doesn't seem to be any link to the docstring docs.

I assume this will be rectified after the deploy step, although I'm not certain on this point.

I'll attempt to fix this during the little bit of free time I have between now and the meeting.

I tried assigning this to a milestone but it keeps not saving; I'll try again tomorrow assuming this is an error with GitHub.
