[book] Produce a nice image showing the workflow #38

Probably not super urgent / important, but it would be nice to have a diagram such as that on the SPC website:

which summarises the project workflow (from indicators -> outputs).

Who did that SPC diagram? It looks like some designer? I doubt I will be able to produce anything that nice. I can do a simple workflow diagram.
