BUG: If modbus connection is restored after a modbus failure notification this does not disappear #22

With the new async modbus connection it is possible to auto restore if the user has manually restarted the charger. It is not needed to restart V2G Liberty, just setting the charge mode to Automatic will usually reset the connection. So, then remove the message in the UI and notification.
