After uploading a supplier Excel (or maybe after adding products in general), and then going back to the suppliers list, it is hard to tell for which suppliers products are already uploaded in the current order round.
Add a column to the supplier list on /ordering/admin/suppliers/ to show wether a list is uploaded (or maybe the number of products, whatever makes sense)
