Add ignore channels component #39

Live implementation can be seen in attached screenshot. We would want to implement this in redesign, but with hope of doing it through abstract ways.

Hopefully one can utilize closures as props to display what what should be in left and what should be in right column, that way we can keep DRYness when multiple components are using same functionality as ignored channels.
