Loci and allele file missing for sex chromosomes WES (hg19 battenberg reference files)

is there any way I can generate the allele and loci files for sex chromosome? Are the steps described in thread #97 sufficient to generate those files?

Hi @Indianhedgehog,

Yep, it should be straightforward to do once a solid source of SNPs (such as the 1kGP project) is selected.
