I have some questions about "ASCAT run without matched normal data" in the https://github.com/VanLoo-lab/ascat/tree/master/ExampleData; How can I get the "Tumor_LogR_file" and the "Tumor_BAF_file" for the specific platform(just like "AffySNP6" ) from the WGS data? thanks
