Install ASCAT 3.1.1 with conda #141

Hello ! ASCAT seems to be very interesting We would like to test the latest version of ASCAT (3.1.1) We try to install it with conda but the version we get is v2.5.2 Could you update the version on conda ?

Hi @ThibautMatis,

We are not managing the conda version so we can't update it I'm afraid. Not sure who is in charge of such a distribution. However, ASCAT is very easy to install with just a few dependencies (commands in the main GitHub page).
