Hello,

Thank you very much for providing this tool. we are using ASCAT to infer CNV of tumors using WES data. We are not sure how to interpret the nMajor and nMinor columns of the output table. Do these values refer to the tumor fraction only or to the whole admixture (containing also non-aberrant cells)? In other words, is this already adjusted for tumor fraction and ploidy?

Hi @albamasmalavila,

The output refers to the tumour only so it does consider the fraction of tumour cells.
