Questions About WES #158

Hello, can I directly use all the information provided by ascat/ReferenceFiles/WES/ to operate on WES data without using BED files?

Hi @WH-TEMP,

Providing a BED file is optional, although, as mentioned in the doc, we recommend users provide one so the process discards (noisy) off-target regions.
