Minor copy number is -1 #179

Hi,

I'm looking at some files with ASCAT outputs and I've noticed, for a few rare cases, the minor copy number is shown as -1. Example below:

9 44242606 44284348 0 -1 0 -1

There are other, even more rare cases where the total copy number is > 0 but the minor is also shown as -1. I'm wondering how to interpret this output. Could you tell me what this means?

Hi, Could you share me the logR/BAF plot of your sample? And infered copy number profile?
