[Request] Make the "Tainted Sneak attack" Lich Power work on rays #170

It currently only works on weapon attacks (idk if this is intended) Also now that I think about it (and I don't know if it's possible) but maybe make the DC scale of of your highest mental stat instead of your INT.

Sneak only works on weapon unless you are an arcane trickster.

I just tested it again to be sure but no you can sneak attack with ranged touch attacks (like rays) without being a trickster. These sneak attacks however do not proc the "Tainted sneak attack" debuff.
