Mounted Maniac Not Adding Mythic Rank to Intimidate Checks During Charge

Mounted Maniac is not adding the Mythic rank bonus to the Intimidate checks it makes during a charge attack.

I have a cavalier with it initiating a charge, hits with charge and the Dazzling Display effect goes off, I checked all the Intimidation checks and see that it is not adding the Mythic rank bonus to any of them, which should be 9 (currently rank 9).

Here is the character sheet showing that 32 is the non-Mounted Maniac Persuasion check:

Super weird! I just tested again and now every check including the Dreadful Carnage checks are getting the Mythic bonus. I guess it doesn't know which one gets the bonus and maybe swaps off and on.

hm, there may be some weirdness to how the bonus is getting applied. I can take a look, not sure exactly what the issue would be.

I think it has a very weird interaction with Dreadful Carnage and kind of 50/50 decides to apply or not to all Intimidate checks that result from the triggering action as if they are all Dreadful Carnage or Mounted Maniac checks. As a test, I removed Dreadful Carnage with Toybox and now all the checks are done with the Mythic bonus, so the ability works fine on its own, but interacts weirdly with Dreadful Carnage. I'll just work around it with a respec for now then.

Okay weird, the bonus is disappearing again, and there's no Dreadful Carnage, so I have no idea what causes it bonus to go away. I suspected it may to do to with the Mighty Charge feature's Combat Maneuver checks causing some proc issue, but I just charged multiple times and the bonus seems to randomly apply each time without indication of what causes the change.
