Feature/Core game bug fix - Dhampir's racial feat Life Dominant Soul doesn't work #347

The Dhampir Racial Feat Life Dominant Soul should allow a Dhampir to heal for half the normal amount from any positive channeled energy, such as from Cure Wounds, however in game it only seems to work with the actual channel ability (and even then its iffy). It'd be awesome to be able to heal a Dhampir without jumping through all the extra hoops after you take this feat like you should be able to.

This is actually false, as it specifically states that positive energy that can be used to deal damage to undead is not affected by the feat. It even gives the examples of Cure Wounds and Lay on Hands.
