Describe the bug Destructive Dispel is triggering on the Ruptured Restraints mythic ability, meaning your character ends up stunning himself on occasion.

Expected behavior Destructive Dispel should only trigger when dispelling effects on enemies.

Additional context This is a base-game bug, not a mod-specific bug.

This should already be fixed with the destructive dispel fixes in TTT. Is this not the case?
