Armor Master Mythic Ability doesn't work with bucklers in particular #533

While all other shields seems to behave now, equipping bucklers still give you 5% arcane failure chance even if you're below the threshold that armor master gives you (and yes, it's not just a spellbook number, I had actual spell failure).
