Base Sorcerer archetype can't take Second Bloodline mythic ability #568

Describe the bug Base Sorcerer archetype can't take Second Bloodline mythic ability. Crossblooded Sorcerer can take Second Bloodline, but the only option is secondary bloodline he chose when taking the first level of Crossblooded Sorcerer. I tried to reproduce it in unmodded game, but everything was fine. Perhaps bloodline fix from recent patch caused the issue?

To Reproduce In game respec or DLC1 character creation.

Can confirm same problem.

Can also confirm that nine-tailed heir cannot take Second Bloodline, and that Sage can only take Arcane.

Guessing they changed the selection to no longer ignore prerequisites which is breaking this

Also encountered the same/ something similar: As a Seeker Sorcerer, my only option for Second Bloodline is to pick my original bloodline again (?), Elemental Air in my case.

I also tried turning off all bloodline related TTT-Base options except for the implementation of the new bloodlines, which didn't resolve the issue but instead only let me pick the two new bloodlines as options now (couldn't pick only Elemental Air a second time as in my previous attempt with all options turned on).
