The Description seem work on every potion, yet when I use caster level 3 Blur Potion on others, i only get the Extend Potion benefit, from 1 min to 2 min, but not Enhance Potion benefit.

Ok, i tried Magic Fang, it work as intended, i will try all other potion and see which potion doesn't work on Enhance Potion
