Programmed in Django web framework by SpyTec and edvinnn.
Website done as project in D0018E - Database technology course. Primary objective was to utilize backend to make various SQL queries, with focus on different methods of accessing data through relationships and performance.
The projects backend was tested with various unit and feature tests to ensure the implementation is correct.
We had strech goal of implementing VueJS functionality to reduce queries on the back-end and increase UX. As well as adding comments for specific products. Due to lack of time with the project, this was not achieved but foundation around how to achieve it was discussed.
