feature: #9 - new endpoint #14

adds a new endpoint at /colcard/:project_id
gathers columns and endpoints
returns JSON response with columns and cards within that column

Testing instructions

checkout this branch
on command line, run node index.js
in a browser, hit http://localhost:8080/colcard/2563536 (project id is the public NeosVR Roadmap)
you should get a result similar to the screenshot
