CHAMP

Requirements

Running the CHAMP library requires to have installed the following package :

• numpy
• numba
• pandas
• matplotlib (for pylab)
• line_profiler
• pytorch

for instance, on MacOS / python 3.6, use:

pip3 install -U numpy numba pandas matplotlib line_profiler
pip3 install http://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch-0.3.0.post4-cp36-cp36m-macosx_10_7_x86_64.whl
pip3 install torchvision

Developper's installation

To install the CHAMP library, only move where the setup.py is and type :

pip3 install -e .
