I get this black texture issue when using OpenGL. Switching to Vulkan solves this issue... mostly

I say mostly because I still get graphical glitches ranging from this black texture (though only on parts of the screen with Vulkan), to crazy coloured textures covering everything like an acid trip.

The fix for this is to not go above 1.75x resolution upscaling, which is an absolute shame on a 4K screen.
