it's not bootable, it's menu and input bug. i highly recommend to look at the labels more closely next time.

as of https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/commit/32b607cb0a517126e352940635591dc486af8d9e, the game can respond to inputs, although it refuses to go to ingame. 2nd screenshot said "Communication failed", and the 3rd screenshot said "Lost enemy to communication". Most likely a networking issue.
