as of https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/commit/1ed3a343d3334db06d2b99e4d7d5763f9955edf9, i can confirm its in menu. Vulkan displays better than OGL, but has graphical issues and when i attempted to go further, it crashed with a Devicelost message. on OGL, it just froze.
